This isn’t just another EA job—it’s an opportunity to be part of a mission-driven company, immersed in the world of personal growth and high performance, improving the lives of leaders that affect everyone they work with. You want to be a part of that impact, but don’t want to be a coach yourself, because working alongside a master coach and seeing transformation happen every day excites and inspires you. You love the idea of handling the details so that the small team of coaches can focus on making a difference.
Your key responsibilities:
- Be the right hand to the CEO, ensuring seamless operations and time management.
- Manage scheduling, emails, and travel logistics with efficiency and foresight.
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise.
- Handle high-level communication with clients, partners, and team members.
- Support clients with scheduling and payment processes using Google suite
- Own special projects that keep the business running smoothly and growing.
- Manage social media by drafting and posting variations on posts created by the CEO, engaging with the audience, and replying to comments.
- Handle personal tasks like booking appointments, making purchases, tracking deliveries, and conducting research.
- Support the CEO in business development tasks, CRM work, and group course registrations.
- Protect time and priorities, allowing the CEO to focus on impact and results.
Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role, and you’ll need to be available Monday–Friday from 11:45am-8:15pm CET (overlapping with US Central Time), taking a 30 minute break for lunch, with flexibility based on the CEOs schedule.
