Mobi Hub is looking for a customer-focused professional to handle customer enquiries and provide excellent support remotely.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, reception, or sales is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve issues, process orders, refunds, and appointments
- Maintain CRM records and meet service targets
