Key Objectives
- Deliver prompt and professional chat-based support to current and prospective patients.
- Provide clear, accurate information regarding clinic services, product options, and compliance guidelines.
- Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Responsibilities
- Respond to patient and client inquiries via live chat platforms in a timely manner.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, product information, and general support questions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical marijuana regulations, clinic policies, and product offerings.
- Document and track interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and communicate feedback to management.
- Ensure compliance with all privacy and confidentiality standards related to patient information.
- Work collaboratively with Environmental Services and other departments to support operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare, cannabis, or environmental services industries.
- Strong written communication skills with an ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Comfortable using chat and CRM software; ability to quickly learn new technologies.
