Introduction- The TEDMAG Project
Ghana's Agricultural Sector has a significant influence on the growth of the country. However, many farming households especially those headed by women are food insecure and extremely poor. The need to sustain and improve the agricultural sector has become critical particularly in an era of climate uncertainties and the compelling need to attain the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The Technical Education Development for Modernized Agriculture in Ghana (TEDMAG) project was therefore initiated in response to the growing challenges of Ghana’s agricultural sector.
After almost six (6) years of implementation, the partners intend to commission an evaluation study to determine the project’s relevance and performance (i.e., effectiveness, efficiency, attainment of planned outcomes, management and partnership). The overall purpose of the evaluation is to assess TEDMAG’s processes and achievements, draw lessons that will inform future related projects in Ghana, and inform ongoing agricultural modernization efforts post-TEDMAG.

Enumerators are supposed to;
1. Participate in all training sessions organized by the project team
2. Participate in pretesting of data collection instruments
3. Participate in data collection

Qualification and Requirements
1. Experience in community entry and exit process
2. Good communication skills, ability to speak and write English and speak any of the following languages (Twi, Ewe-Avenor, Kusaasi, Dagbani, Gonja)
3. Must have an ANDROID PHONE and operational knowledge in the use of KoBoCollect.
4. Experience in qualitative data collection (key informant interviews, focus group discussions etc.)
5. Ability to work with little supervision
6. Familiarity with the study districts
7. Ready to travel and work in remote areas during the Christmas holidays
8. First degree in related field is desirable
