About the role
We are looking for a rare find a highly capable, self directed Virtual Assistant who can wear many hats without dropping any of them. This role starts part-time, with a clear path to full-time for the right person who proves their skills and earns trust fast.
You will be working with a health and wellness client based on the Gold Coast, so you must be comfortable operating in the Australian Eastern time zone and have a solid understanding of privacy obligations in a medical or psychology context.
What you must bring
- Website design and management -- you can build, update, and optimise without hand holding
- Online course creation -- from content structure to platform setup and delivery
- Etsy store management -- product listings, SEO, fulfilment coordination
- Canva graphic design -- professional quality assets, social media graphics, course materials
- Project management -- you keep things moving without being chased
- AI native -- you actively use AI tools in your workflow and stay ahead of what's possible
- Claude Code or equivalent -- comfortable building or iterating on websites using AI assisted development

- A self-starter who spots what needs doing and does it
- Efficient -- you produce great work without burning unnecessary time
- Reliable and responsive during AEST business hours
- Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions
- Genuinely excited by AI and always exploring what's next
