Company Description Lethabo Beauty Corner is a dynamic holistic beauty and wellness hub based in Francistown, Botswana, dedicated to enhancing well-being and restoring confidence through inclusive, high-quality self-care experiences. The business offers a wide range of professional services, including virtual wellness - Reiki Healing, breathworks; therapeutic massage, advanced facials, nail care, waxing, makeup artistry, wig rental, and mobile spa services. It also integrates fitness and mental wellness programs such as yoga, pilates, meditation, zumba, aerobics, and personal training to support holistic wellness and stress relief. Lethabo Beauty Corner focuses on accessible and affordable wellness for busy professionals, women, youth, and underserved communities, supported by its Lethabo Naturals line of natural and natural treatments. The company is expanding into community wellness outreach, social impact partnerships, and scalable wellness solutions, collaborating with corporate wellness programs, NGOs, health and beauty brands, and event planners.
Role Description Responsibilities
You may assist with:
- Social media management
- Content creation and scheduling
- Community engagement
- Administrative support
- Email and WhatsApp communication
- Research and market analysis
- Event and wellness session coordination
- Graphic design and digital marketing support
- Wellness program administration
Qualifications & Requirements

- Able to communicate effectively
- Able to commit a few flexible hours per week

- Experience in administration, marketing, social media, customer service, wellness, healthcare, education, or community development
- Certificate, diploma, degree, or relevant practical experience
