VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
REMOTE
We are looking for an organized and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our team
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- At least one (1) to two (2) years of experience in a similar virtual assistant or administrative support role.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide remote administrative and operational support.
- Manage calendars, emails, and appointments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Conduct online research and data management.
- Coordinate meetings and support day-to-day business activities.
