Journey Realty is looking for a reliable and organized Executive Assistant to join our remote team.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Remote Executive Assistant to support our executive team with scheduling, communication, and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  2. Assist with day-to-day operations, including email management and document preparation
  3. Handle confidential information with discretion
  4. Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives
  5. Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items


Requirements:
Must be a Ghanaian resident
Must work weekends
Must have video editing experience
Must have reliable internet and a working laptop
Weekly pay!
