Role of the Job
As a Customer Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through various channels, including emails, calls, and chat. You will also be responsible for maintaining records and helping with customer issues. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through emails, calls, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Work independently in a remote setting, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
Qualification Needed
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
