Job description
Education Level / Qualifications: BSc/BA in Business Administration, Human Resource Administration, Psychology, or relevant Social Sciences; further training or HR professional courses will be a plus.
Working Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support in the implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
- Contacting applicants’ references and performing criminal background checks required by the company.
- Support in the creation and implementation of an effective onboarding plan
- Assist in performance management processes
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Manage the estate, office tenants, and assets and manage service providers and non-operational staff such as cleaners, and security, etc.
- Handling administrative duties
- Overseeing social events
- Any other duties that might be assigned
Requirement/Skills:
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRM software is a plus
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Good interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
