Administrative Assistant - CAGL Group
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, proactive and highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to staff and management
- Manage and maintain schedules and appointments, coordinate training sessions, meetings and events
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents
- Verify and process financial transactions and account openings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Maintain and update employee records and training information
- Develop and implement effective filing and document management systems
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Provide customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Diploma, HND, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a financial institution
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience with financial software and systems
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
