Integrity EPC is a group of DOT PHMSA Compliance/Pipeline Integrity, PSM OSHA Mechanical Integrity, Engineering, and GIS/Technology consultants that leverage oil and gas industry experience to create innovative integrity and compliance solutions for each client’s unique situations.
What are we looking for?
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a full range of administrative duties. This position will provide support to the Project Managers, entering timesheets, invoicing, setting up new projects, and attending weekly remote meetings. Oil and gas industry experience is preferred. This is a part time position that could lead into full time.
Responsibilities:
- Enter employee timesheets into our company system within a given deadline
- Ensure accurate and timely client invoices be created and sent
- Work closely with Project Managers and assist them where needed.
- Assist in setting up new projects
- Assist with coordinating travel arrangements
- Research a wide variety of information requests
- Create various documents, spreadsheets, etc. utilizing Microsoft Office software
- Attend weekly meetings (remote)
- Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior administrative experience in an office setting preferred
- Prior administrative experience in the oil and gas industry preferred
- Must possess the fundamental technical and administrative skills required to perform the job duties
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Open Invoice proficiency preferred
- Big Time proficiency preferred
- Smart Sheet proficiency preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities and demanding deadlines
- Must be detailed-oriented and able to effectively prioritize and organize workload, with efficient time management
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively in verbal written and presentation formats
- Must be customer focused and quality driven
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: Remote
