Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and analyse customer problems and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate cases when necessary.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

Qualification:

  • Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Must reside in Accra.

  • Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) when on shift.
  • Problem-solving skills.
