Qualification: ACCA/ICA/CIMA Qualified.

Project Finance/Construction experience

Finance & Administrative Experience

Ability to supervise a team of professionals in a matrix structure

Institute  Robust Internal Control

Project cost estimation and control

Supervise the preparation of Statement of Accounts

100% Revenue recognition

Liaise with subcontractors to ensure all receivables and payables are within schedule

Oversight of all construction materials
