JOB VACANCY
We are urgently looking for an experienced Administrative Executive for immediate employment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Manage scheduling for executive directors.
· Draft, review and send communications on behalf of executive directors.
· Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to the logistics of meetings.
· Answer and respond to phone calls, and communicate messages and information to the executive.
· Maintain various records and documents for executive directors.
· Setting and managing the daily schedules and calendars of executive directors.
· Preparing and/or editing documents, such as reports, proposals, invoices etc.
· Creating spreadsheets, managing databases, preparing presentations
· Order necessary office supplies
· Managing corporate stock rooms and/or libraries
· Managing videoconferencing, communications and office equipment
· Reviewing incoming documents
· Conducting research
Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
Manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
· Minimum of three years experience, along with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any discipline course
· Flexible, reliable, resilient and willing to work long hours
· Advanced knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
