In this Customer Service Specialist – CFS position   

  

  1. Support administration of Customer Services Process Management processes and activities that can be measured and managed against customer expectations and are in line with business strategy and objectives, Group guidelines and policies
  2. Support general admin tasks particularly in customer services, sales and marketing to integrate customer service plans and initiatives
  3. Under supervision support delivery of operational plans, measures to achieve defined results; operational plan includes customer order processing, shipping, returns, expected delivery dates, inquiries, and complaints
  4. Undertake generally repetitive tasks and activities to assist automate customer service support processes for overall process consistency, data accountability, improved productivity, reduced errors, and reduced response time
  5. Comply with established procedures to implement systems, standards, targets and customer feedback mechanisms
  6. Explain facts, practices, policies, etc. to others within the organization adhering to narrowly defined procedures, standards and guidelines
  7. Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own team
  8. Communicate information that requires some explanation or interpretation
  9. Address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships
  10. Individual contributor without direct responsibility for leading others
