Job vacancy for Retail Manager at CH Group Ghana Limited

Required:

The Retail Manager is responsible for managing, monitoring, and improving retail sales and service performance of all WESTOL stations whilst complying with retail SOPs. The RM does this by ensuring each station meets sales, service experience, regulatory and HSEQ targets.

Reporting into the General Manager the incumbent will be responsible in Coordinate Station Sales Managers’ customer acquisition activities at all retail stations, Track Stations’ daily performance to ensure that they perform all daily checks and close, Monitor the Retails to resolve all flagged issues raised by the system, Produce monthly Retail Report on sales, service quality, compliance to facilitate management decisions, Liaise with the marketing agency to undertake marketing communications and campaigns to promote WESTOL brand to retail customers and Sign up convenient business tenants and supervise their compliance to tenancy agreements.

Knowledge & Experience: First degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional qualification. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage. 

·      3 – 5 years working experience in a similar role

·       Practical experience in sales management in FMCG/OMC with              Practical experience in Territory/National Sales Management.
