Required: Operations Manager.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance of Westol’s operations by liaising with various regulatory bodies to secure permits and licenses. You will be the HSE lead and supervise projects and maintenance works (civil, electrical, plumbing, repair, and general maintenance works) at Westol stations and commercial sites.
The incumbent will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for Liaise with regulatory bodies to secure permits and licenses to operate new stations and sites are acquired in a timely manner, Ensure existing stations and sites operate within regulatory requirements, Plan and execute approved projects within time, cost, and budget, Prepare weekly status report on projects, Prepare weekly maintenance plan for machines and equipment at stations and sites, Ensure monitoring and measuring equipment used for maintaining evidence of conformity of product to quality and quantity are in place, Ensure petroleum products are loaded according to approved SOP and Ensure petroleum products are discharged according to approved SOPs at stations and sites.
Knowledge & Experience: First degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent professional qualification. Master’s degree is an added advantage. Membership of Ghana Institute of Engineers is required.
· 3 - 5 years working experience in a similar role.
· Project & Equipment Maintenance experience in the downstream petroleum industry is essential.
