Have you scaled a SaaS sales team before, and worked in a high-growth environment while closing B2B partnerships or customers? Ready for a next step? We are looking for a 'Rocket Internet' kind of person (Smart, Sales, Dynamic Hands-on, Driven, Analytical) to join the leadership team of our EXIMP-tech SaaS startup that is about to be launched and would require to be scaled rapidly.




About us


At Logistech, we believe great teams are built together. That's what we do and that what our SaaS platform supports. Logistics and Supply Chain Export and Import tech platform aims to attain at least 30 beta users to over 500 customers worldwide – tapping into the freight forwarding ecosystem as well as distribution and supply of export products. We have an ambitious growth rate of over 800% year-to-year growth once we fully launch next year. To help us scale high-end sales and partnerships, and to recruit and scale our internal SaaS sales team, we seek a Chief Commercial Officer. 




The role


The CCO will be responsible for revenue growth. Together with the CEO, COO and the CTO you are the leadership of the company, and you are the face of the company to the outside world, for partners and large customers. Your leadership skills foster collaboration and inspire growth and action. You'll lead & scale the recruited sales team. Where you yourself will initiate and close large SME customers and partnerships, and manage the relation going forward.




Responsibilities


To be succesful you will:


Recruit and Scale the SaaS sales team (inbound & outbound): Hire, onboard, set & improve processes

Lead the SaaS sales team (inbound & outbound): Improve phone follow up, needs assessment, software tour, consulting and closing skills.

Be metrics-obsessed: tracking team progress and solve bottlenecks for further growth

Initiate, close and manage key accounts: recruiting technology platforms, recruiting agency partners, and key customers and governmental agencies.

Work closely with CEO, COO and CTO to drive conversion, activiation and have better leads for your team while preserving Customer Acquisition Cost. 

Have a pivotal role in raising our Series A round to scale initially locally and internationally concurrently.
