We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our sales team.
This is a leadership position that requires a team member who can manage
people, processes and materials and has the confidence and knowledge to make critical
decisions under pressure.
Roles/ Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day management leadership and expertise to
the team members and/or individuals on the day-to-day activities and sales.
Create and maintain a sales culture, where the customer experience
is the top priority.
Must be ready to train and ensure that all members of his
team are delivering good performance and maintain a good relationship with all
the clients.
Work closely with Senior Management and Directors to ensure
that the sales processes and performance are optimal; make recommendations and
bring initiatives where improvement is needed.
Execute market strategies with internal and external
resources to maximize sales and develop and maintain key customer
relationships.
Pursue market research on construction projects. Conduct
sales calls. Schedule promotional work and track sales activities in the assigned
geographical territory.
Create revenue goals for the sales team and provide sales performance
reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Business/Marketing or a
related field.
5+ years of proven experience as a sales Manager in the
construction industries (preferably the glazing industry)
Strong work ethic
Customer-oriented
Self-driving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software
programs.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
