We are hiring a Front Desk Executive for a Dental Clinic in Accra.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Warmly welcome and greet business visitors. Also answer basic questions regarding the Company, such as Hours of Operation, as well as provide customers with a brief explanation of the products and services the company offers.
· Responsible for answering all incoming calls. Screen all calls and routes them to their proper recipient, taking and relaying messages as needed.
· Oversees the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail. When mail arrives, the receptionist sorts it, eliminating junk mail and identifying those of the highest priority. He/she then distributes in line with Company Policy.
· Maintain front desk register to record all visit and outgoing and in-coming mails/ letters.
· Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
· Answer questions and address complaints.
· Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
· Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.).
· You are required to handle complaints and give accurate information to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.
· Be well-stationed to be “eyes and ears” on site. Keep tabs on who is coming and going and report anything suspicious.
· In charge of such as issuing badges, checking IDs, signing guests in and out, and unlocking the bathroom.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
* 1st degree holder or any other related course with a minimum of two years experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good office management skills.
* Articulate, cordial and pleasant personality
* Good telephone etiquette
* Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
*Discrete handling of all personal and confidential matters.
