We are hiring for the position of Assistant Manager – HR Services
Qualification:
Eligibility: Minimum Business Graduate
Experience: Minimum 2 years in relevant function
Responsibilities include:
-Managing employee-life cycle and employee onboarding process
-Maintaining and u-dating personal files of employees and HR documents, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality
-Adding/updating employee master data in HR System and Ensuring accuracy and completeness
-Processing and updating employee records/data in HRIS database to generate requested reports
-Preparation of appointment letter, confirmation letter, resignation/retirement letters and other documents/certificates
-Preparing monthly dashboard & reports
