We are hiring Customer Service Executives to join our dynamic Team
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information.
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and virtual meetings.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide quick resolutions while escalating complex matters when necessary.•
- Educate customers on Edves products, services, and updates to maximize user experience.
- Document customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve service delivery.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Monitor and track customer satisfaction metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively across departments to meet company-wide goals.
Requirements:
- B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of solid experience in customer service or client support roles.
- Top-tier proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly understand and explain digital platforms.
- High emotional intelligence and a problem-solving mindset.
