Responsibilities:

• Perform cold calls (script provided)
• Schedule meetings and handle travel plans
• Perform data entry and maintain files
• Conduct research and support projects
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• 1+ year in administrative or VA roles
• Strong English skills
• Organized, independent, and tech-comfortable
Preferred Skills:
• Familiar with tools like Asana or Trello
• Experience supporting executives or clients
Personality:
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Professional and adaptable
Software & Tools:
• Google Workspace
• Zoom or Teams
• Trello, Asana
• Gmail, Outlook
