Responsibilities
- Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes and identify potential threats
- Examine financial records and ensure accuracy of financial statements
- Review processes and procedures to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
- Keep an eye on the corporate climate and monitor governance processes
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations
- Facilitate internal and external audit efforts
- Advise management on the development of systems, policies, and plans.
Requirement
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Must be a Chartered Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Ghana.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years work experience ina similar role.
- Work experience in the Freight Forwarding. industry is an added advantage.
