AN FMCG COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER TO HIRE URGENTLY
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals.
- Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to build a high-performing team.
- Oversee performance management systems and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and address employee relations issues.
- Handle compensation, benefits, and payroll administration effectively.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
- Provide strategic advice to management on HR-related matters.
REQUIRMENTS
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of HR management experience, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is an added advantage.
